 Health Benefits Of Coconut.

Commonly found in tropical regions coconut as a 'long respected history'. Scientifically it is called Cocos Nucifera.
Nucifera means 'nut bearing'. It was called coco(monkey face) by Spanish explorers who who felt the 3 indentions on the Hairy body made it look like a Monkey's face.
 Coconut can be enjoyed in three ways juice, milk and oil.
 The juice (coconut water) can be found in the inner core of the coconut. It is refreshing and good for rehydration.
 It contains five essential electrolytes that are present in the human body calcium,magnesium, phosphorus ,potassium, and sodium,and because of this unique composition, it is used for medicinal purposes,
 Coconut water can be administered by injection into a vein and it is often used in the treatment of diarrhea in developing countries.
 It helps to prevent high blood pressure, aids digestion,helps you lose weight by suppressing your appetite, and treats acne and other skin blemishes.
Coconut milk is good for those who have lactose (a type of sugar present in milk )intolerant because it is lactose free.
 It can safely replace other types of milk in your smoothies and milkshakes. 
Coconut oil on the other and provides nourishment for your hair and skin. It can also cure various types of illnesses. 
In Summary, regular consumption of coconut aside from its delicious and refreshing taste will remarkably improve your immune system, dissolve kidney stones, prevent liver disease ,obesity ,and cancer ,reduce inflammation as well as repair and maintain body tissues. Soo make it a point of duty to eat a least two coconuts a week and get to enjoy this valuable fruit.
